And this makes… Jockey’s 20th season! The paradise devised by Don Julio, my father, on Las Salinas beach, is still a magic spot for thousands of people. I believe its success comes from the fact that he invented, in 1993 a brand new concept that still stands for the Jockey family: an open, fun, heterogeneous meeting place for all kinds of people, where no-one feels unwelcome, where everybody feels free.

We, the Lanzoni family, live in Ibiza all the year round. We make the most of the Jockey experience in summer and enjoy the mild and quiet winters, so different from the festive spirit of the high season. Such marked duality constitutes one of the most powerful ying-yangs flowing around the island. Occasionally, however, we like to travel and get lost in unfamiliar landscapes.
